Ellis alumna invited to perform at concert series
Harpist Alexis BALOG '15 performed at the Summer Concert Series at the Lyon & Healy Recital Hall in Chicago July 9-11, 2015. The series included solo harp recitals, chamber concerts, and master classes by world-renowned harpists. Alexis was chosen by Ellis harp teacher Lucy Scandrett, who was invited to select one of her students to perform. Alexis performed the First Movement of the Concerto in B flat by G.F. Handel in a concert of 10 student harpists.
Alexis is now pursuing a double major in Harp and Biology at Case Western University in Cleveland.
