Louise Finnstrom Races in PIAA State Cross Country Meet
On Saturday, November 5, Ellis sophomore, Louise Finnstrom, ran her debut race at the PIAA State cross country meet. Louise finished 145th out of 220 other athletes in her race.
"Louise made a great effort at executing a really aggressive race plan, which takes a lot of guts in big, high-stakes meets," said Coach Brooke Sciullo. "We debriefed the race afterwards and Louise told me some of her big goals for next year. When I told her 'Yes, I think you are capable of doing those things' she corrected me and said 'No, I WILL do them.'"
