Stockey and Schano Encourage Listening to Different Voices
Culture Jam speakers Andrew Stockey and Eleanor Schano provided a unifying theme to this year’s conference – the importance of listening to different voices and taking responsibility for finding our way through the clutter to make our own decisions.
In a day filled with workshops that ran the gamut of “Race, Gender, and Sexuality in Lady Gaga” to “Modern Family and Sexual Orientation”, students from area schools were able to explore diversity in ways that impact them every day.
