To complete the enrollment process, log into your admission portal and submit (1) your daughter’s Root Enrollment Contract and (2) her Evergreen Enrollment Statement. They can be found by clicking on the blue link in the yellow banner at the top of the page.

The Root Enrollment Contract is the document that will activate your daughter’s continuous enrollment. You will only need to sign this contract once, this year, and then it will be available for future reference under "Files & Forms" in the parent portal.

The Evergreen Enrollment Statement is the document that displays the Top Tuition for the coming school year, Tailored Tuition adjustments if applicable for your family, and the payment plan options. This year, you will be required to submit this form with a 5% deposit. In the future, your annual Statements will be available to review, but no action or deposit will be required.

Next year, the Evergreen Enrollment process will require no action on your part in order to re-enroll your daughter for the subsequent school year, making the re-enrollment process easy and simple.
