Fun Friday events are for girls age 2½ - 5 and their parents.

Celebrate Earth Day with Breen Masciotra, Ellis alumna and Executive Director of The Pittsburgh Center for Creative Reuse, and Jim Lohr and Jonathan Weber from Green Sinner, a sustainable florist. Together they’ll guide you and your daughters as you create a one-of-a-kind terrarium using recycled and sustainable materials, and local plants.

 

Breen Masciotra is the executive director of the Pittsburgh Center for Creative Reuse. She's a Pittsburgh native who has lived in St. Louis, Washington, DC, and San Diego, and come home to stay. She has put her education in architecture and public administration to good use serving local nonprofit organizations, in the fields of community engagement and development. Breen is a homeowner in Mount Washington and an active board member of its community organization. In her free time, she enjoys eating, shopping, and kayaking in Pittsburgh's neighborhoods.
