Ellis parents, employees, trustees, and student drivers must display an Ellis parking tag when on campus, or parking near campus for school events. Please use this form to request one permit per vehicle. After submitting this form you will be given the option to add another vehicle. Student drivers may request a parking permit. Parking privileges are awarded to student drivers at the discretion of the Upper School Director.
