Lucy Fato '84 named Managing Director at Nardello & Co.
Leading global investigations firm Nardello & Co., today announced that Lucy Fato will be joining the firm as Managing Director, Head of the Americas, as well as global General Counsel effective October 11. Ms. Fato brings more than 25 years of legal, compliance, regulatory and corporate governance experience advising corporations, financial institutions and boards of directors to her new position. Nardello & Co.’s clients, including legal and compliance teams, as well as Boards of Directors of publicly-listed multinational corporations, will benefit from Ms. Fato’s expertise.

During her tenure she favorably resolved financial crisis-related litigation and other regulatory matters brought by the U.S. Department of Justice, multiple State Attorneys General and the Securities and Exchange Commission.
