Lucy Fato '84 named Managing Director at Nardello & Co.

Leading global investigations firm Nardello & Co., today announced that Lucy Fato will be joining the firm as Managing Director, Head of the Americas, as well as global General Counsel effective October 11. Ms. Fato brings more than 25 years of legal, compliance, regulatory and corporate governance experience advising corporations, financial institutions and boards of directors to her new position. Nardello & Co.’s clients, including legal and compliance teams, as well as Boards of Directors of publicly-listed multinational corporations, will benefit from Ms. Fato’s expertise.

Ms. Fato, who was named as one of Ethisphere Magazine’s "2015 Attorneys Who Matter" for her dedication to furthering corporate ethics, will oversee work for clients throughout North and South America and will be based out of the firm’s global headquarters in New York.

Previously, Ms. Fato was Executive Vice President & General Counsel of McGraw Hill Financial (now known as S&P Global). During her tenure she favorably resolved financial crisis-related litigation and other regulatory matters brought by the U.S. Department of Justice, multiple State Attorneys General and the Securities and Exchange Commission.
