Mission & Vision, Values

Strategic Plan

The Ellis School’s strategic plan, unveiled in August of 2013, is a framework for advancing the School between now and 2017. The School’s new Strategic Plan, Mission, Vision, and Values are the result of a two-year comprehensive listening effort that included feedback from hundreds of Ellis parents, alumnae, Trustees, faculty and staff, and students as well as regional and national leaders in education, STEM, and girls' and women’s leadership.

From this process, five key areas of strategic focus were named.
