Ellis teacher officiates at lacrosse finals
Congratulations to Ellis physical education and health teacher Kristin LaPlace. She was chosen by the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association to officiate at championship lacrosse games, including the AAAA girls lacrosse championships last night. LaPlace is on the official list of umpires. We can't wait to see where she shows up next.
"It's a real honor to be selected to officiate these championship games. I've worked hard to get to this level. I'm one of only a handful of District 3 officials in the region," said Ms. LaPlace.
