|  | Logging in to MyEllis for Alumnae Every person in the Ellis community has a profile on MyEllis. The MyEllis community includes current and past students, parents, faculty, staff, alumnae, coaches and trustees. You can access MyEllis by clicking on the button at the top right of every page, and then entering your user name and password.
USER NAMES USUALLY FOLLOW A SPECIFIC CONVENTION
If you are an alumna, MyEllis will create a user name for you which is your first and last names, and the last two digits of your class year, with no spaces.
- Example: ElizabethSuccop70
- The last name will be your name when you were an Ellis student
There will be unpredictable exceptions and one on one troubleshooting will be required.
ALL USERS WITH AN EMAIL IN MyELLIS HAVE THE ABILITY TO RETRIEVE THEIR USER NAME OR PASSWORD
MyEllis automatically assigns a temporary password to each user. You can retrieve this password by using the Login Assistant located on the left of MyEllis, and then carefully following the required steps. Once you have used your user name and temporary password to log in you will be prompted to create a permanent password.
- If you are responding to an email you received from Ellis, this may be the only email address on file for you. Please use only that email address when trying to retrieve your log in information.
LOGIN DISABLED MESSAGE
You will receive this error after logging in 6 consecutive times using an incorrect ID or password. The profile will be locked for 30 minutes.
